Convention Dates: May 26 – May 29, 2017 – Memorial Day Weekend

The discounted room rate is $89.00 with hot breakfast included for two (2) adults occupying a room; and for executive suites at $109 with hot breakfast. There are only 25 rooms/suites reserved in the hotel for AAUSA. Please make your reservation now. Inform the hotel staff that you are attending the AAUSA Convention, so you can get the special discounted group rate of $89.00 plus tax room rate. Both $89.00 rooms rates and $109 suite rate includes hot breakfast for 2 per room. Please note that the group rate is guaranteed only until April 30, 2017. Reservation made after the cut-off date will be based on availability @ a higher rate determine by the hotel. We have only been allotted 25 rooms. Additional rooms will be allotted when we have taken all rooms allotted to us. However, if these rooms are not being reserved, the hotel will assign the rooms to other groups. Please make your reservation now even if you are not 100 percent sure you will attend. There is no cost incurred by making reservation. All reservations must be received no later than April 30, 2017. For additional rooms to be allotted, the hotel must see that we are reserving the rooms so we should not wait until April 30, 2017. Reservations can be made by calling (713) 995-0123. A three (3)-digit group code: AAU must be provided in order to identify our group and to get the discounted rate.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS-AIRPORTS
The two (2) major airports recommended by the host chapter are: 1. George Bush International Airport (IAH) and 2. William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). The airport most closet to the hotel is William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). AAUSA is suggesting to Umu Aro to fly in through William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). However, if you have someone to pick you up, please discuss with the person on which airport is most convenient.

REGISTRATION / CONVENTION FEE:
The Registration fee is $75.00 per adult attendee. After April 30, 2017, registration becomes$100.00 per adult attendee. All registrations with the appropriate fee must be received by May 20, 2017.Registration made on-site will be $125.00. The registration fee will go towards the cost of – convention registration, luncheon, and convention gala night banquet. Your registration form accompanied by your registration fee must be received by the breakdown dates above. Registration fee mailed-in should be in the form of check or money order made to ALL ARO USA. Any child @ 22 years or older is considered an adult.
Houston Chapter members can register through their Chapter. All other chapters or attendees must register through AAUSA Financial Secretary.

Both individual and families can use this form to register. Families can write one (1) check all attendees. For adequate planning and to get a good idea of the number attending, we need to have all responses and forms by April 30th, 2017. Once your registration form and payment is received, we will send you an acceptance/confirmation email with further information.

All Aro USA BROCHURE REGISTRATION

As part of the AAUSA Dallas, Texas Convention, a souvenir booklet (AKA) brochure will be published to commemorate the event. The booklet provides a unique opportunity to advertise your business and/or showcase yourself and family. This souvenir booklet will be color coded and will be distributed all over the United States and Aro Communities. Remember a picture alone can say a thousand words. Proceeds from the booklet will be used to support, improve, and augment AAUSA medical center at home.
